pieces forming rolls, where the upper roll is openable and turnable out,
in this way is possible to take the ready tube easily and fast away.
This is an automatic special machine, which is developed for producing
of roll-skirt. Main using areas are: smoke-tubes, tubes with wider diameter,
producing of arcs in great number.
The machine is unique because of the forming technology with the four pieces
rolls, which produces a product with surprising good form precision. One
secret of the endproduct with the required form precision is, the good shooting
of the sheet, which is adjustable easily on the machine. The further steps
of the forming are adjustable uniquely, so the machine has every feature,
which are essential and necessary for producing a good-formed tube.
The machine is optimised for a determinate sheet thickness and tube diameter.
It achieves the maximal productivity with these parameters, this can be just
like a tube during about 25 second. The great productivity of the machine
makes possible that it can be a good serving partner for example for an automatic
welding machine.
Certainly can the machine produce goods with diameters and thickness differing
from the optimal sizes by adjusting the correct parameters, but in this case
the time interval of the productivity can change (e.g. because of changing
the cover length etc.)
An intelligent PLC control helps the handling of the machine.
